All products sold by Prop Canada are designed, created, and intended exclusively for motion picture, television, theatrical, music video, photography, and training productions. Our products are NOT real currency and are NOT legal tender.

2. Not for Unlawful Use

It is a serious criminal offense to attempt to use prop money as genuine currency for purchases, deposits, or any other financial transaction. Prop Canada assumes no liability for the misuse of our products. Any individual attempting to pass our prop money as real currency will be subject to local and federal prosecution.

3. Compliance with Design Standards

Our prop bills are explicitly designed to comply with legal guidelines to differentiate them from actual currency. Key features include, but are not limited to:

• Prominent "PROP USE ONLY" markings on both sides.
• Use of non-magnetic, UV-transparent inks that fail standard authenticity tests.
• Scale adjustments and design nuances that render them distinct from real currency upon inspection.
• Absence of functional security features (e.g., functioning holograms, raised intaglio printing).
